DMCA Policy
AI Design Camp respects the intellectual property rights of others. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable intellectual property laws. This policy outlines our procedures for reporting alleged copyright infringement and for submitting counter-notifications.
We are committed to protecting the original content featured on our interior design blog and ensuring that material published by our community adheres to copyright law.
Reporting Copyright Infringement (DMCA Takedown Notices)
If you believe content on aicamp.ae infringes your copyright, you may send us a DMCA takedown notice. Your notice must include all required elements under the DMCA to be valid. We will review all complete and valid notices.
Send your notice to our designated DMCA agent using the contact information provided below.
Required Elements for a DMCA Notice:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, provide a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity. You must provide information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material, such as a URL.
- Your contact information, including an address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Counter-Notification Process
If you believe material removed from our site is not infringing, or that you have authorization from the copyright owner, the copyright owner’s agent, or pursuant to the law, you may send a counter-notification. This counter-notice should include specific details.
A valid counter-notification must be sent to our designated agent within a reasonable timeframe after the original takedown. We will process these notifications according to DMCA guidelines.
Required Elements for a Counter-Notification:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location where the material appeared before its removal or access was disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your name, address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the UAE, for any judicial district in which AI Design Camp may be found. You must also state that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
After receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward a copy of it to the original complaining party. We will then restore the removed material in approximately 10 to 14 business days unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order to restrain the subscriber from engaging in infringing activity.
